Usain Bolt won the 200 m World Athletics Championships in Beijing (China) on Thursday. The Jamaican, like the 100m, dominated the American Justin Gatlin.

“Lightning” was imposed 19”55 the same releasing its efforts in the last 50 meters. Gatlin, twice suspended for doping, took the silver in 19”74 while the South African anaso jobodwana grabbed the bronze 19”87.

With this success Bolt wins to 29 tenth title of world champion. He has three 100 m (2009, 2013, 2015), four out of 200 m (2009, 2011, 2013, 2015) and three in 4×100 m (2009, 2011, 2013). “A lord. I told you guys that I will do, “said he slid into a smile. “This is my fourth gold in the 200 m, it is a great achievement,” he added, leaving open some doubt as to his participation in Saturday Jamaican 4x100m relay. “We have a meeting tomorrow (Friday) and we’ll see.”

Usain Bolt and Justin Gatlin were clashed only once in 200 m. It was in 2005 in Helsinki, for the final of the World Championships. Gatlin had dominated the race to win the world title and Bolt, not yet 19, was injured and last to finish eighth. A year later, fell Gatlin doping with testosterone and copping four-year ban until 2010.

Bolt therefore took a brilliant revenge Thursday. And no doubt that the world of athletics, shaken by allegations of doping, is delighted.
