There are now 18 qualified as Russia and Slovakia joined in alphabetical order, Albania, Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Spain (two-time defending title), France (host country), Northern Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Wales, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania and Switzerland.
That leaves six places to distribute. Two will be awarded Tuesday evening. The last four tickets will be awarded at the end of play-offs, which will be played on 12, 13, Nov. 14 (round) and 15, 16, November 17 (return).
