Just the Rhone club is content he recalled that “ OL first part of the season was well below the expectations of the club “. Consequently, the leaders decided to Lyon “ change the organization of the staff of the professional team “, starting with his head appoint Bruno Genesio, “ at least until the end of the season “.

This takes office Monday, December 28, at the resumption of training Gones.          Trained at the club, former player of the first team, Genesio had returned to OL as a member of the technical staff in 2005. He was one of the top aides of Hubert Fournier since arriving in the summer of 2014. Aulas therefore privileged the internal solution, inexpensive and less problematic in terms of adaptation, the arrival of a new French or foreign technician. The “ assumptions ” yet “ investigated ” in recent days, according to a club statement.

Finally, it is the choice of the facility that has been done. It remains to see if Genesio, fleeting – and few successful – head coach of Villefranche-sur-Saône (1999-2001) and Besançon (2004-2005) in the lower divisions, will meet the challenge of entering the stadium and the race for second place.
