Serie A – 17th day: La Roma glue together to Juve – Eurosport.fr

AS Roma returns to Juventus with victory in Udine (1-0) on Tuesday. The Romans only a point behind the people of Turin, held in check by Inter (1-1) in the evening.

The “Giallorossi” imposed themselves on a “ghost goal”, a head of Davide Astori which seems not to have quite completely crossed the line (17). The “Little Zebras” have railed against the decision of the referee, but the victory nevertheless smiled on the best team. This third consecutive away win allows the Roma to make up the points dropped at home, two draws against Sassuolo and AC Milan, and add a little pressure to Juve, which was held in check by the Inter evening (1-1).

The Roman coach Rudi Garcia was faced without two of its executives, the Malian Seydou Keita and planner borer Ivorian Gervinho safes, parties in the African Cup of Nations (CAN 2015). But the depth of the bench “wolves”, especially with the return of Kevin Strootman holder in the middle, allowing the rival Juve always field a good team. The duel between Antonio “Toto” Di Natale (Udinese) and Francesco Totti (Roma) has disappointed, both captains were replaced about twenty minutes from the end. Di Natale has distinguished a great flick, but by throwing Gabriel Silva could not sufficiently recover the ball (27th). Totti served the ball Astori profit from a free kick, and beat the keeper (38th).

In the second half, Udinese turned a little empty, and Roma missed a few cons, a shooting Miralem Pjanic perfectly served by Adem Ljajic (79) or a face-to-face Alessandro Florenzi lost against Orestis Karnezis (90 + 3). Roma resisted the final push. And made the bargain of the day.
