Monaco has abandoned the internal disciplinary proceedings against the middle Nabil Dirar, who returns to the group after serving his suspension, said Friday the club Rock. “This Friday morning, Nabil Dirar acknowledged its mistake and apologized to the management and the entire professional group” , the club said in a statement. “The case is closed and Nabil Dirar is available to the coach, Leonardo Jardim.”
The day before, Monaco had initiated disciplinary proceedings against Dirar, guilty, according to ASM, to have “categorically refused any financial sanction” , following his suspension of eight games – now purged – , following its exclusion against Nice in February.
Dirar that Leonardo Jardim found Friday morning “very important for the group” , is operational for the movement of Monaco to Lille on Sunday.
Dirar had been excluded on February 6 after shoving the referee of the meeting, which had felt assaulted and had evoked a whim. Moroccan international winger of 29 years was suspended eight games by the Disciplinary Committee of the LFP early March.
