It was crazy but OL concede draw against Saint-Etienne (2-2) and … – Eurosport.fr

LEAGUE 1 – Reduced to ten, and led the scoring, Lyon conceded a draw in a fiery derby against Saint-Etienne (2-2) at the close of the 33rd day Sunday Gerland. OL leaves PSG return to its height and keep the chair as leader in goal difference (65 points, 37 against 30).

The very definition of a derby. Goals, entertainment, voltage and cartons. At Gerland, Lyon and ASSE went blow for blow, each in its own way. But no one was the winner of this clash of the 33rd day of Ligue 1 on Sunday (2-2). N’Jie opened the scoring (24th) before Gradel (31st) and Hamouma (45) allow the Greens to take the lead. 10 after the expulsion of Rose, Lyon has found the resources to come back just after the break through Jallet (48th).

Hubert Fournier’s players have yet earned much better as they had a stranglehold on the match. Les Gones and take over the top spot on goal difference but they leave PSG return to their height (65 points). Not really good news especially as the Parisians have a game in hand (against Metz on 28 April). For his part, St. Stephen miss the opportunity to get on the podium but returns to two points in Monaco.

Yet everything had started perfectly for Lyonnais who outrageously dominated the discussions. After several occasions by N’Jie (1st, 12th) or Fekir (10, 16), which has even hit the crossbar, Lyon has found the opening with the Cameroonian perfectly offset by the French neo-International (1-0, 25th). A duo that took over a Lacazette slightly less sharp than usual.

It was at this time that Christophe Galtier has decided to take things in hand. Exit Paul Baysse and back four and welcome to Romain Hamouma. Less than a minute later, long shot of Landry N’Guémo, Lindsay Rose could not help but divert the ball with his hand. Said Ennjimi did not hesitate using the double penalty: red card and penalty from Max-Alain Gradel (1-1, 31 ‘).

A fact of the game that changed the face of the game. Just before the break, while the ASSE was still cornered on the purpose of Stephane Ruffier, Corgnet launched Hamouma who defeated Anthony Lopes before scoring the goal (45th). Terribly unfair to Lyon but the initial plan ASSE took place perfectly.

At 10 against 11, the Gones have dropped anything. To return just after the break. On a free kick Fekir, Jallet beat everyone to put his team in the game (48th, 2-2). Ninth decisive pass of the season for a gala Fekir Sunday. In the minority on the ground, OL left too many feathers to expect better. Hubert Fournier and his men will have to settle for a point, they could never have if the strike Gradel very end of the match had not found Umtiti on the line (85th). Ultimately, it is especially Paris, who rubs his hands.
